Robert LISKA

Robert studied technical chemistry at the TU Wien where he obtained his PhD in 1998. In 2006 he obtained his habilitation in the field of macromolecular chemistry. Since 2012 he is head of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for photopolymers in digital and restorative dentistry. He has published more than 100 peer reviewed papers and submitted more than 30 patent families. Since 2016 he is full professor for organic technology at the Institute of Applied Synthetic Chemistry.

Research interests:

photopolymerization, biocompatible and biodegradable polymers, 3D printing

Interests in the biointerface network:

Robert´s team has plenty of expertise in all aspects of photopolymerization and polymers for biomedical applications. In this project he focuses on the development of smart polymer coated surfaces for biological applications.
